Love Island host Laura Whitmore raises the alarm for the relationship present’s return within the first teaser

Laura Whitmore raises the alarm for Love Island’s return in the first teaser for the new series on the ITV2 dating show.

The host wields a pink mallet to smash the heart-shaped glass of an alarm that reads, “In the case of Love Island, carry on.”

Laura, who gave birth to her first child in red overalls and sunglasses with husband Iain Stirling, the show’s narrator, smiles at the camera before swinging.

The 10-second promo ends with the words, “This is not an exercise!”

The dating show is back on screen for the first time since February 2020 after the summer series was canceled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The first winter series was won by Paige Turley and Finley Tapp.

Another teaser for the new series features a camera that zooms in on the license plate of a 4 × 4 and usually brings the newcomers into the mansion.

The sign says LOV3.

The new series was shot in compliance with government guidelines around Covid-19.

The teaser will be shown in the first episode of The Masked Dancer, which starts on Saturday at 7 p.m. on ITV and the ITV Hub.

Love Island returns this summer on ITV2 and the ITV Hub.
